The Vice President – Brand Development will manage and work as a part of a team of three (3) to sell healthcare brand identity services (Naming, Market Reserch, Design, etc.) to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical deice and consumer healthcare companies primarily in the New York/New Jersey area. Some additional travel to CT, DE and MD is also required.
The role requires pitch presentations to cross-functional clients, proposal-writing and negotiations as well as extensive presentations such as PowerPoint brand strategy documents, brand name workshops, marketing & safety research presentations, regulatory consults and submission documents to FDA and other health authorities.
B.S. (Chemistry, Biology, Biomolecular Science, etc.), M.B.A. Ph.D., or Pharm.D.

The ideal candidate must live in Manhattan and have 5 – 10 years of work experience.
Must be friendly/outgoing and self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills. EXCELLENT presentation skills are required. You must be able to motivate a client team in creative sessions!
Some prior experience in scientific or medical research, Market Research, Pharmaceutical Sales, Trademarks, Branding, or scientific/medical education is a plus.
Should be organized/process-oriented and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced advertising/branding agency environment.
The candidate will be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and computer literacy is a must.
Will have the opportunity to travel locally (New York) to clients for formal brand identity/brand naming presentations.
Valid driver's llcense is required.
