To maintain and grow our leadership role in nomenclature and brand identity development by always listening and responding promptly to our clients, fostering cross-functional team collaboration, advancing the quality of our services via technology, and always providing the most innovative and results-driven methodology.
The Associate Director, Brand Development will report to the Vice President, Brand Development and work as part of a team to facilitate sales & new business opportunities, prepare presentations on brand strategy, creative development, marketing & safety research and regulatory submission documents for healthcare clients in Washington, Oregon, British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. Up to 25% travel.
Duties may include any of the following:
Identifying new client contacts in the Pacific Northwest sales region
Outreach to client contacts via email and telephone
Setting meetings with new and existing clients
Preparing meeting materials for project meetings, new client sales pitches, and project proposals
Maintaining extensive office database of client contacts
Communicating with internal teams to manage deliverable dates
Assisting team lead with various daily tasks to manage team workflow
Must have a valid driver’s license and passport with ability to travel to Canada
Incredible attention to detail and excellent grammar & writing skills
Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), highly skilled with internet searches, and have the ability to multitask on project work
Self-motivated. Not afraid to ask questions. Excellent work ethic. Takes pride in providing unmatched customer service.
Must be a people person who has a warm, engaging, and friendly personality. Someone who truly enjoys small and large meeting environments with strong presentation and communication skills.
Must be organized, plan ahead, process-oriented and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced advertising/branding agency environment.
Must have a basic familiarity with drug non-proprietary / generic names and proprietary / brand names
A plus; 1+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Market Research Analytics, Regulatory Affairs, Branding, Pharmaceutical Sales, Trademarks, or Prescribing Error Safety Research.
Required: B.S. in a science-related field of study, special consideration given to degrees in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, and biomedical regulatory affairs.
Masters in biology, chemistry, biomedical regulatory affairs, pharmacy, business administration, marketing, or related field heavily preferred.
