This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Brand Institute and its subsidiary Drug Safety Institute (collectively referred to as �Brand Institute�) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from customers, clients and survey takers (�Clients�) of Brand Institute.

We may collect personal identification information from Clients in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Clients contract with Brand Institute for services, when Clients visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. If Brand Institute were to share personal information with third parties Brand Institute is responsible for ensuring those third parties uphold Privacy Shield principles.

Brand Institute has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. Dispute Resolution

If neither Brand Institute nor JAMS Privacy Shield Program resolves your complaint, you may have the possibility to engage in binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel to be created by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission.
